We have been contacted by Paypal indicating you are a new subscriber. We are actively working on setting up your account. You will soon receive an email that includes everything you need to access all of your courses. This email is created and sent to the email address associated with your Paypal account.
If you do not receive your welcome email within 24 hours, please contact us at homeschoolconnections@gmail.com and we will resolve the matter immediately. Please make sure to check your spam folder in case our email was deposited there.
NOTE: If you are a subscriber requesting 2 or more accounts, Homeschool Connections will contact you to collect the necessary details to establish those additional accounts.

How long will my subscription last?
For as long as you want. The initial 7 days is a trial period for $1. After the first week, you will be charged $34.97 per month automatically. You can cancel at any time. Please note you will not receive a reminder email from Paypal prior to your payments so please mark your calendar.
How do I begin accessing the courses?
In order to begin accessing all of your Unlimited Access! courses, please go to [insert web address here] and enter your username and password (see below).
Username = [USER NAME HERE]
Password = [PASSWORD HERE] (cap sensitive and include the exclamation mark)
Once logged in, simply click on the Recorded Course you wish to access and enter the Enrollment Key code [insert enrollment key]. You will only have to do this once for each course.
Which courses can I access?
Note that you have access to all courses whose titles begin with (Recorded Course). Courses that begin with (Fall), (Spring), or (Summer) are live courses which will be converted and made available to you once they are completed in the future.
How do I cancel my Unlimited Access when I am done homeschooling?
You can simply drop us an email when you are ready. You will receive a confirmation email from us and also from PayPal once payments are canceled. Your service will continue through the paid date. Refund Policy: If you forget to cancel and notify us within 24 hours, we will refund the payment.
